Quality management: VanDemark & Lynch's Quality Assurance officer oversees the work on every project, monitoring progress to assure the project achieves the client's goal within budget and on time. He is responsible for providing each project manager with the means and methods needed to achieve total quality. |

| Client management: Because our goal is to provide each client with the product desired, we discuss all aspects of the project and provide written proposals detailing the scope of the work, the schedule, and the budget. By doing so, we minimize unnecessary costs, while making sure that our work meets the client's expectations. |

| Personnel management: We strive to attract and retain the best personnel available, and to keep employees current with the latest technologies and concepts related to their responsibilities. We also emphasize a team approach that encourages constant communication between all professionals working on a particular project. |

| Accounts management: A project management specialist tracks the cost for each job on a constant basis, comparing current expenditures with the budget. Any problem areas or changes in project scope are reviewed with the client. |
