Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Successful applicants will provide civil/site/land development design engineering and project management. Professional registration and experience is required, preferably in Delaware and/or nearby states.

Civil Engineer (Entry Level)
Successful applicants must be graduate engineers and will be responsible for civil/site/land development design engineering and surveying. Successful candidates will obtain experience in the field, surveying and reviewing construction and in the office, preparing CADD plans and design calculations. Successful candidates can advance to design and project management positions. Experience working with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word is preferred.

CAD Technician
Successful applicants will create property, topographic, site development and construction plans. Candidates must be experienced in AutoCAD. Successful employees advance to design and project management positions.

Traffic Engineer
Successful applicant will develop and manage a transportation oriented group within VanDemark & Lynch, Inc. The group will provide road design, traffic impact studies and transportation consulting. Professional Engineer registration and experience working with DOTs is required, preferably with DelDOT.

Soils Scientist
Successful applicant will provide soils evaluations and assist with the design of green technology best management practice (GTBMP) design and septic systems. DNREC Class D Septic License required. Experience with GTBMP and septic system design desired. Experience delineating wetlands also desired.
